How we collect, use, and protect your information. Last updated: July 6, 2026.
LaunchPoint collects both personal and non-personal information. This policy explains what we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.
Provided voluntarily through forms, emails, or communication:
When visiting our website, we may collect:
This helps to improve user experience.
We use collected information to:
We NEVER sell your data under any circumstances.
All payment processing is handled by secure third-party payment providers. LaunchPoint does NOT store full credit/debit card numbers.
We do NOT sell or rent your personal information under any circumstances.
We may share limited information only when necessary:
We do not share your information with unrelated third parties. Advertising is the one exception, and we would rather name it plainly than bury it: we use Meta's advertising tools on this website, which means Meta receives information about your visit. Section 5 explains exactly what that covers and how to limit it.
Our primary analytics tool is Plausible Analytics. It does not use cookies and does not track you across other websites.
We also use the Meta Pixel on this website. We use it for two things: to measure which of our Facebook and Instagram ads lead to real enquiries, and to show our ads to people who have already visited this site.
This means Meta receives information about your visit — the pages you view and actions such as submitting a form — and can associate that information with your Meta account if you have one. Unlike Plausible, the Meta Pixel does use cookies.
An earlier version of this policy said we did not use advertising trackers such as Meta Pixels. That was true when we wrote it. It stopped being true when we began running ads, so we have corrected it here rather than quietly removing it.
You can limit this. Meta's ad preferences let you control how your activity off Meta is used for advertising, and most browsers let you block third-party cookies. Doing either has no effect on your ability to use this site or to work with us.
Our website relies on a small number of service providers to operate:
Each provider receives only the information needed to perform its service.
We take reasonable steps to protect your data from:
However, no online system is 100% secure.
We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 without parental consent. All athlete information must be submitted by a parent or guardian.
