A former Division I baseball player at the University of San Francisco, Max brings a deep understanding of how college programs evaluate talent, communicate with recruits, and make decisions. His background as a Head Scout at Preps Recruiting and his reputation for structure, discipline, and communication shape LaunchPoint’s advising model and mentorship framework.

Ryan Iveson

Ryan is known for his leadership and maturity as a Mater Dei Baseball captain and collegiate athlete at Chapman University. He specializes in helping athletes present themselves professionally, navigate conversations with coaches, and build the mindset required to succeed at the next level.

Michael Durrant oversees the systems, infrastructure, and strategic operations that power LaunchPoint’s high-touch experience. Kevin Campeau is a former Assistant Football Coach at the University of Nebraska with extensive experience in recruiting operations for one of college football’s premier programs. Known for his evaluation expertise and strong national network, he has built a respected reputation for helping student-athletes navigate the recruiting process with clarity, confidence, and strategic guidance.

Johnny Elliot is a former Mater Dei captain and standout catcher who began his collegiate career at the University of Southern California before transferring to Tulane University, where he now anchors the team behind the plate while pursuing a Business degree. Having overcome the adversity of Tommy John surgery, Johnny brings firsthand insight into the discipline, resilience, and commitment required to compete and succeed at the Division I level.

Brad Overand is a former Division I football player at UNLV who has transformed his on-field experience into a deep expertise in human performance, movement, and athletic development. He has worked extensively with high-performance athletes as well as individuals seeking to elevate their fitness to the next level, bringing a disciplined, science-driven approach to every client he trains.

Kelsey Campeau
Director of Women's Advising
Kelsey Campeau is a former UCLA Bruin captain and standout volleyball athlete, earning All-American honors in high school before moving into collegiate coaching. She went on to coach at the University of Tennessee, gaining extensive experience on the recruiting trail and deep insight into the process from the inside. With her background in high-level coaching and athlete development, Kelsey understands what it takes to guide, prepare, and place female athletes at the next level.
